Radiant Heater / Quartz Tube Heater
- In these Heaters resistance wire is spirally wound and endosed in a quartz tube. Ends of the element are connected to a lead wire passing through end sealing caps. These heaters possess the infr red radiation fiunction and has a high conversion efficiency / low heat retention. They can heat up very fast and can attain high temperatures to the range of 500 to 600 deg C only in few minutes. In nut shell these are low thermal interia, high temperature, corrosion resistive, steady thermo-chemistry, long service good insulation, pollution free heaters.
- These heaters are also made with quartz tube having deodorizing catalyst coating. De-odorizing coating absorbs the foul smelling gases and convert them into non – odorous gases. Absorption capacity of heater is re-generated periodically during every heating cycle.
Application
These Heaters are widely used for defrosting in refrigerators, deep freezers, ice cabinets etc.These are also used in other home appliances for heating and disinfecting applications.These heaters finds its applications in different industries like pharmacy, agriculture & foodstuff, printing, paper making, spinning, bakery, painting etc.
