Heat Tracing Cables & Wires

  • In these heaters resistance wire is spirally wound around a fiber core or stranded and then wrapped with PTFE or 105 deg PVC or silicon rubber and than braided with copper or steel for providing mechanical strength.
  • These heaters are very useful for temperature requirements of 80 to 200 deg C. With different combinations of construction of resistance wire, material of insulation and braiding material heaters can be made for wide range of applications from domestic to industrial uses.
