PVC Wire Heaters
In these heaters resistance wire is spirally wound around a fiber core and enwrapped with high temperature resistance ( 105 deg C ) PVC insulation. These Heaters are very useful for low temperature heating requirements to a maximum level of 8-10 watts/m or temperature of -25 to 80deg C. Resistance wire is not exposed to air so no oxidation, long service life. Good flexibility, excellent insulation resistance are other salient features of these heaters.
Application
These Heaters are widely used for defrosting in refrigerators, deep freezers, ice cabinets etc.Heat Presevation and freezing resistance in thermal pads, thermal blankets, pipes etc.Defrosting, dehumdification and heating in air conditioning machines/compressor, photocopiers & other applications.
